TRUST AND PRIVACY

Privacy

MedQ Daily collects only the information needed to provide learning progress, support, security, and reliable service.

What is stored

Signed-in account identifiers, private question attempts, bookmarks, support requests, content feedback, and limited performance measurements may be stored. Guest attempts use a random cookie rather than a public identity.

How learning data is used

Your answers and progress support your private dashboard and anonymous aggregate statistics. Individual answers, accuracy, or student identifiers are not shown to other learners.

Support and correction messages

Contact submissions are available only to the Administrator. Do not include patient information, protected health information, passwords, or verification codes.

Technical measurements

MedQ Daily records limited page-path and performance measurements such as loading time and layout stability. It does not intentionally collect the content of your study activity in performance logs.

Your choices

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion through the secure Contact page. Identity verification may be required before account-related action.

Retention

Records are retained only while needed for the learning service, security, support, and operational recovery. Formal retention periods require owner review before launch.
